The entrance lobby feature having the natural shape panel with LED and antique mirror backing sets the tone for the whole house in terms of grandeur, scale and light. The double height chandelier from Haven & Hue Atelier range add a more dramatic feel. The main and service stairs have both been designed with bold solutions to create a memorable flow during the passage. Key accents features have been proposed through the transitional areas, that physically and visually connects the different floors with pleasant and captivating design accents. The client desired a highly functional kitchen that also looks impressively modern. We have designed the kitchen in a galley layout with a central island in our chosen pairing of black and white colour scheme which makes for a contemporary striking result. The galley kitchen layout offers more flexibility when it comes to storage space. The uncomplicated design means that there are fewer special gadgets necessary, making this a cost-efficient option. Special attention was given to the guest bathrooms that has been designed with a vanity accent wall tile; different in each one of them to give individuality and uniqueness to each bathrooms.

This 865 square-meter home has a luxurious entrance where you are met with an aquarium, and marble covering the floors of the house. In the living room tones of gold and blue combine two luxurious and sophisticated colours to create a visually stunning and elegant space. Blue cushions on a neutral-coloured sofa make the blue colour pop and also highlight the artwork on the wall to add more depth to the room. Gold accent chairs complement the main seating area. The office has an element of black, the black marble wall along with the gold shelves make it the perfect office space. The gold element in the house is present throughout all the rooms, the use of gold in every room creates a consistent and well-thought-out design theme, providing a cohesive and unified look throughout the entire house. Gold accents bring warmth and richness to a space, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere in every room.

In this villa, we have designed the property along with the contractors in selecting the floor tiles, bathroom tiles and remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen walls have been expertly demolished, giving way to a seamless and expansive open space. The removal of walls has not only expanded the physical space but also created an inviting ambience, allowing conversations to flow freely between the kitchen and adjoining living areas. The neutral and earthy tones are apparent throughout the living room, especially behind the dining area, where a customised and hand-painted abstract artwork has been made to match the shades of blue in the kitchen tiles and counters. Upstairs, the bathroom has been meticulously remodelled to house a private sauna. The sauna, adorned with modern amenities, offers a spa-like experience within the comforts of your own home. The bathroom also takes inspiration from the living room downstairs, to match the oceanic and elegant feel of the home.

In this apartment, the blue accents in the living room and bedrooms are reminiscent of the clear, azure waters stretching beyond the horizon. This captivating seaside residence harmoniously marries the tranquility of the ocean with the elegance of the client’s vision. As the client loves white and blue, the interior seamlessly extends the ocean theme, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The walls are painted in a soft, coastal white that serves as the perfect canvas for the accentuating blue hues found in carefully chosen furnishings and decor. This holiday home is designed to be held for family gatherings, particularly for the cherished moments spent with grandchildren. Every aspect of this residence has been thoughtfully curated to ensure ample seating for the younger members of the family.

For this villa in al Barari, the Nest, we went through all the stages of our design process: concept design, detailed design, working drawings, FF and E and site supervision. We worked together with the ECC, the contractor that the client selected. Working on a blank canvas allowed Haven & Hue Atelier to design the ceilings, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring etc. This 5-bedroom villa adopts a contemporary style, giving the house a timeless look. Hints of white, gold, grey and black accentuate the luxurious feel of the villa. Wall panels, mirrors and the TV unit were all designed and custom-made by Haven & Hue Atelier to fit the exact measurements of the house and tick all the boxes of the client. The wall cladding and ribbed wood provide texture and add depth to the room as well as the shiny marble to give a sleek finished look.

This 3-bedroom + study duplex in the Royal Atlantis features a private pool and stunning views overlooking the Nashville TN skyline and ocean. This is incorporated into the design as small hints of blue are used for the cushions on the sofa in the living room. This ties the interior and exterior together well. The attention to detail of the duplex such as the handpainted wallpaper and the pop of pink bring the apartment to life. The selection of pink for the outdoor furniture has been contributed by the client as it is their favourite colour, this supplies a more personal connection to their holiday home. The contemporary style is made up of the light and neutral tones in the living room and the custom black bar. The hints of brushed gold are apparent in the bar unit as well as in the bedrooms to provide a consistent flow of elegance.

In this design, we appealed to the client’s interests and considered his likeness to silver tones and subtle gold accents. The furniture is mainly light and neutral tones such as white and off-white. The marble TV panel compliments the rest of the villa and subtly evokes elegance. This 7-bedroom villa contains a custom fireplace with Carrara marble and ribbed wood paneling for a cozy atmosphere.

One at Palm Jumeirah is a new development by Omniyat which is an ultra-exclusive residential apartment and is considered a marvel of modern engineering along the coastlines of the Arabian Gulf. The living and dining area of the apartment has a huge open layout. The obstacle we had was the column in the middle of the living room which is why the client gave us the freedom to plan the layout and incorporate the column into the layout. The client also desired to have a space for a media room. The client desired for the design to have elements of luxury but was very open to our suggestions.

The light fixtures in this W residences apartment accentuate the off white furniture selections in the property. The wood undertones provide a balance between the beige and neutral accessories providing a warm, homy feeling. The sea view from the balcony is reflected in the cushion choice and articulate paintings in the living area. As well as comfortable, the chandeliers radiate extravagance.

This 1285 square feet apartment located in Sunrise Bay complements the serene view of the Marina with its elegant accessories and hints of gold and white. An extravagant chandelier hangs from the ceiling, illuminating the marble accents across the luxury apartments. LED lights wrap around the customisable TV unit, accentuating the magnificent wallpaper around the walls of this 2-bedroom apartment.

The design is inspired by the couple passion for modern art; it feature original pieces from acclaimed international artists. Warm and elegant tones with shiny gold metal accents in the ground floor are complemented by the custom hand-painted wallpaper in the dining room and the backlit onyx marble tv feature, giving a luxury feel to the entire open area. The glass sliding doors in both areas enhance the interconnection between the outdoor and the indoor creating a nice continuity and inviting to a pleasant interaction between the two areas. A more relax look and feel for the night areas specifically with soft color combinations of grey and blue for the master bedroom. The request of a hotel suite design has been satisfied with tailored solutions for custom-designed vanity and bar cabinet area, the coziness of the whole enhanced by the vibrant accent of the jungle-themed hand-painted wallpaper for the tv and vanity panel and the boho-chic style hammock by the window. A Custom walk-in wardrobe with jewelry island complete the master suite design with wall-to-wall carpet and clear glass door cabinet for maximum comfort and practicality.

Hattan, Arabian Ranches: The organic tones of blue cushions and fabric compliment the lush greenery plotted throughout the 5 bedroom villa. Extravagant wall height windows allow a magnificent view of the pool and the wood sheltering the outdoor seating area. The cool and subtle use of the grey in the bedrooms accentuates the vibrant colours of the curtains and seating.

The design is inspired by the iconic Versace collections reflected in the general color scheme of the main areas of the villa and in the accent features of the wallpapers and cushions. Modern luxury style furniture selection in Warm beige and grey velvet fabric are integrated with the marble floors and combined with strong luxury gold accent of the chandelier and the accessories. More colorful solutions for the guest and kids bedrooms where a different range of color schemes has been specified based on the client’s requests. Custom feature wallpapers complement the design with a strong and unique accent in each room.

The design has been tailored to exceed the client’s expectations by being layered sleek and dynamic. The modern minimalist architecture of the villa has been enhanced with rich textures and feels of the fabrics and the warm and bright tones of the gold metal that highlights the main areas of the open space ground floor It has accents of natural stones in key areas such as the waterfall entrance and the tv panel. Specific focus has been dedicated on the client’s most sensitive rooms such the kid’s bedrooms and the cinema room. The villa is now effortlessly elegant, contemporary and relaxing

The colour scheme of this high-end, luxurious house flow harmoniously together with the sea view surrounding the villa. Inside the home are light earthy colours with a twist of extravagant gold and champagne materials. A combination of the furniture is custom made referencing to the clients request. All the bedrooms are bespoke and was designed by our architects and designers. Inside the house you’ll find uniquely designed bedroom’s for the children to reflect their personality and interests. We completed a variety of civil works in the villa including: A custom feature wall for the TV and a new ceiling in bedroom 1.

The luminescent lights placed around the house liven up the outside and bring a warm feel to the villa. The living room reflects the contemporary style requested from the client this is shown by the dusty grey sofa it’s made of beautiful suede material and the cushions have been hand-picked to match. A custom built aquarium welcomes you in the hallway with bright coloured tropical fish and coral. The exterior consists of a built in sunken fire-place and stepping stones with lights under to make them glow in the dark.

The client wanted a striking feature in the living area so we added an antique gold leaf mirror, and a stunning chandelier by Treviso – Italy – one of the world’s most renowned chandelier makers
